Once you've finished season 3 and won 3 championships, that's basically it for Career mode. The VR CAREER POINTS BONUS Badge is earned specifically for WINNING 3 Championships. You need to qualify in first place in BOTH sessions to qualify on the Pole.įinish seasons 2 and 3, winning the season championship each time for the Gold Badge for VR CAREER POINTS BONUS Badge. If you qualify 1st in session 1 and skip session 2, you will start 12th which is halfway down the 24 man field. After you have set your round 1 qualifying time, you need to return to the pit area and hold Y down to “skip time” from the menu screen until the first qualifying session is complete to reach the second. Qualifying in MotoGP class is different than Moto3 or Moto2. Once you have 25 1st place starts, feel free to turn it off and back to Race only.
There is a badge that you will earn from taking Pole Position (Qualifying in 1st place) 25 times.
You are allowed to attempt as many laps around the track as it takes during that time to try and set the best lap time you can. From this race going forward, make sure and do the qualifying for Pole Position, that is, "racing" before the actual race to determine who starts in first place for the race. If you can take the pole, which shouldn't be too hard on VERY EASY A.I., you will earn the achievement for "Pole Position Start". Make sure your race weekend settings are set to "Qualifying and Race". Your second event is a Moto3 race on a Moto3 bike. During the game, you should ALWAYS be using your Custom Rider when you are able. If you don't win, don't worry, there will be plenty of more opportunities in and out of your career.Ĭontinue through Career events. Do your best to win this race and if you do you will unlock your first achievement of the game. Too much lean left or right or too much throttle you'll fall over. Turn in and feather the throttle to make the turns. Make sure and slow down for the corner according to the racing line. Actually, you'll be fine, but the dirt bike isn't incredibly easy to control, but you'll manage. When you first load the game up, you are immediately thrown into a race! Nice. I can guide you on the achievements and how to best progress through the game, but the racing is up to you. Just a quick disclaimer for the Career mode and the rest of the game for that matter.
